Tips for Better Gemini Couple AI Photos

Getting a good AI-generated photo depends heavily on how clearly you describe your desired result. Try these useful tips when using Gemini.

1. Use a Clear Reference Photo

Upload a sharp and well-lit image whenever possible. A clear reference can make it easier to describe the appearance you want to preserve.

2. Mention Facial Identity

If you are editing an existing photograph, clearly ask the AI to maintain the recognizable facial features and overall appearance of the people in the reference image.

3. Describe the Background

Instead of simply saying “beautiful background,” describe exactly what you want, such as a beach at sunset, modern cafe, mountain landscape, or city street.

4. Specify Lighting

Lighting can significantly change the appearance of an image. Try phrases such as:

• Golden-hour lighting
• Soft natural light
• Cinematic lighting
• Blue-hour lighting
• Warm evening light
• Studio lighting

5. Add Camera Details

For a photography-style result, you can describe:

• Professional portrait photography
• Shallow depth of field
• Soft background blur
• Cinematic composition
• Natural perspective
• High-detail photography

6. Keep the Result Natural

Avoid adding too many conflicting instructions. A focused prompt with a clear subject, location, lighting style, and mood can be easier to work with.

How to Customize These Prompts

The best part of AI photo editing is customization. You do not have to use these prompts exactly as written.

For example, you can replace:

Sunset beach → snowy mountain

Cafe → luxury hotel

Traditional outfit → casual streetwear

Evening lighting → morning sunlight

City street → beach road

You can also change the image mood from romantic to cinematic, aesthetic, luxury, travel, casual, or festive.
